About Us
Johnson Youth Organization, Inc. (JYO) is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that was founded by Tara Johnson on January 26, 2002 and since that time to now, JYO has recruited a number of youth ages ranging from 6 to 19 in the community.
Our Vision:
To provide youth the necessary experience to ensure high competitive standards in whatever endeavor they pursue in life along with, becoming responsible members of society.
Our Mission:
To become the city's first place of choice for studying, learning, experiencing, and supporting the humanities. We believe that all youth regardless of socio-economic conditions should have the capacity to develop skills and perfect talents in order to take charge of their lives while making good decisions for a positive future.
